Abstract

A fase de operação e manutenção é a mais extensa do ciclo de vida de uma edificação e representa mais de 85% dos custos totais.  O BIM/FM tem potencial aplicabilidade e benefícios, com espaço para exploração dos requisitos para futuras implementações bem-sucedidas.  Nesse contexto, a pesquisa visa mapear as oportunidades e desafios do BIM/FM. A metodologia utilizada foi a Webibliomining, composta por 7 etapas: (a) escolha das bases; (b) busca preliminar de bases de dados; (c) refinamento da busca de bases de dados; (d) verificação das bases de dados quanto à exportação de informações de artigos; (e) seleção e exportação; (f) uso de software; e (g) leitura de títulos e resumos.  Como resultado, foi obtido 225 artigos científicos completos, em língua inglesa (etapa f) e posteriormente 33 artigos científicos que efetivamente tratam de BIM/FM (etapa g).  Por fim, a discussão foi apresentada com foco em 16 artigos (Parte I), sob os subtemas implementação de BIM/FM, comparação / indicadores de performance, e integração com outras tecnologias
